I was in a bit of a rush when it arrived, but I noticed right away the box was packed neatly and everything looked safe inside...

I ended up ordering from spatzwear.com because they actually had the overshoes I wanted in stock, which was more than I could say for a few other sites I checked. The sizing was easy to figure out too, so I felt confident placing the order.

The only minor downside was that one color I liked was sold out, so I just went with another option. Not a big deal though, I’m still happy with what I got and would definitely check them again next time.

I got these for my winter rides, they’ve made me feel a lot more at ease when I’m out after dark. The reflective parts really stand out, and it seems like cars notice me earlier, which just makes the whole ride feel less stressful. I also like that they don’t look overly flashy during the day, so they still feel low key.

I picked these up from Spatzwear because I do a lot of walking in wet weather and wanted something that would make those damp, slippery days feel a bit less annoying. On regular pavements and paths, the grip has been decent, and they’re definitely better than my old covers. That said, I still felt a little unsure on smooth tiles and muddy patches, which is where I really hoped they’d shine. I guess it reminded me that no bit of gear totally takes away the need to pay attention to where you’re stepping. They’re not bad at all, but for the price I expected a bit more confidence underfoot. 3 stars from me.

But the product itself is really handy and simple to store after a ride.

Picked up some kit from spatzwear and the first thing that stood out was how sharp it looks. It has that clean, slightly serious style, but it doesn’t come across dull or overdone.

The colours sit nicely together, and the fit looks really tidy once you’re on the bike. I also liked that the fabric doesn’t have that cheap, glossy shine you sometimes notice, especially in direct light.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because I’d like to see a few more colour choices. Other than that, it’s a really nice bit of gear and feels well thought out.

I’ve been wearing this under my gear and it’s been really comfortable so far. It doesn’t feel bulky, and most of the time I barely notice the extra weight. I’d say if you’re layering a ton it might depend on your setup, but for my usual gear it fits easily and stays out of the way
